This park is located in the eastern side of democratic Republic of Congo and boarders both Uganda and Rwanda. The park covers an area of 7800 km2 and is home to over 200 gorilla individuals. mostly situated in the southern part of the park.
-Nyiragongo Hike: Mount Nyiragongo was an active volcano that was home to the largest lava lake in the world, and getting there would involve a five-hour, five-mile hike to the summit. that’s why Nyiragongo hike is worth experiencing activity.

Day 1 : Transfer to From Kigali to DR Congo
Arrival at Kigali international Airport, meet and greet with your Driver/ Guide who will later transfer you to DR Congo, at the beginning of this Gorilla trekking Safaris and Nyiragongo Hike Package Firstly driver will have to drive 3 hours from Kigali to Gisenyi/ Rubavu, on the arrival in Rubavu you will do a short city tour by visiting the hot spring and the beach. Afternoon head to Goma – DRC Border. Overnight at Kibumba Tented Camp
Day 2 : Gorilla trekking at Virunga National park.
On this day we will wake up early in the morning right after breakfast as we get prepared to move and go to the Virunga national park for the lifetime experience of gorilla trekking, after trekking we will be free in the afternoon for leisure on the lake kivu, dinner and overnight at Kibumba Tented camp
Day 3 : Nyiragongo Volcano Hike.
Morning transfer to the park reception for briefing and grouping later start the hike at Mount Nyiragongo which is an active strato-volcano with an elevation of 3,470 m (11,380 ft.) in the Virunga Mountains associated with the Albertine Rift. After a long hike we will have our dinner and overnight at the summit
Day 4 : Nyiragongo Descent and transfer to Kigali.
After having the stunning experience of the Nyiragongo hike we will descent from the summit of the nyiragongo volcanoes as well as transferring back to Kigali which is 3 hours drive, we will later have a dinner and overnight at Ubumwe Grande Hotel.
Day 5 : Kigali City Tour, Gift shop and Departure
On the day last we will wake up in the morning for doing Kigali city tour one of the cleanest and safest city in Africa, we will have to learn more about Rwandan lifestyle, Culture and history, at the end our Kigali city tour we will also take you to the gift shop for the souvenirs and drop you of at Kigali international airport for Departure.
