Rise early for your gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park. After a briefing at the park headquarters, trek through the lush forest to observe a habituated gorilla family. In the afternoon, visit the Gorilla Guardians Village to learn about local culture and history through interactive performances and demonstrations. After breakfast, head back to Volcanoes National Park for golden monkey trekking. Trek through the bamboo forests to observe these playful primates as they leap from tree to tree.
