Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive day.

Upon arrival on day 1 at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional driver-guide, after brief introduction you will be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, journey from airport to Arusha takes arround 45min, covering distance of about 50 kilometers depending on location of your lodge and traffic conditions. Once at lodge, you will have time to relax and settle in, your guide will conduct pre-safari briefing to go over details of your upcoming adventure, dinner will be served at accommodation.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park.

After early breakfast, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Tarangire, flight typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes, upon landing at designated airstrip in Tarangire, you will be welcomed by your camp’s driver-guide. From here you will begin exploring stunning Tarangire National Park on shared and scheduled game drives. Known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal swamps, Tarangire is photographer’s paradise and haven for wildlife enthusiasts, packed lunch will be provided to enjoy during your time in park. In late afternoon you will head to your lodge inside park for dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by sounds of african wilderness.

Day 3: Visit and explore Tarangire National Park.

Day 3 starts with game drives in Tarangire National Park, explore and experience different parts of the park, for its high concentration of wildlife, including; lions, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes and iconic elephant herds that roam among ancient baobab trees. Then depending on wildlife movement and your preference, you may choose to carry packed lunch and enjoy picnic in one of designated scenic spots within park, or return to lodge for hot lunch and short rest before continuing your afternoon game drive.

Day 4: Transfer from Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park.

After breakfast, your driver-guide will transfer you to Kuro Airstrip within Tarangire National Park for your scheduled flight to Lake Manyara, flight is short, typically around 30 minutes, offering scenic views over Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival at Lake Manyara airstrip, you will be met by your lodge’s driver-guide and begin shared and scheduled game drives and exploration within Lake Manyara National Park, park boasts remarkable diversity of habitats and wildlife, including tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, hippos, and rich variety of birdlife along lake’s shoreline, packed lunch will be provided to enjoy during your time in park. Later in afternoon, you will depart the park to your lodge in Ngorongoro Crater Highlands.

Day 5: Explore Ngorongoro Crater.

Explore and experience Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for full day of shared and scheduled game drives and exploration. Often referred to as “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater is home to extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five: lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo all thriving within caldera’s lush ecosystem. As you explore crater floor, you will enjoy picnic lunch at one of scenic designated sites, often near hippo-filled lake or under shady tree. In late afternoon, after rewarding day of wildlife viewing, you will ascend crater walls and return to your lodge in crater highlands for dinner and overnight stay. The round-trip drive from your lodge to crater floor and back typically covers about 60–80 kilometers and takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours each way, depending on your lodge’s location.

Day 6: Explore Crater Highlands & Central Serengeti.

After early breakfast and checkout from your lodge, your driver-guide will transfer you to nearest airstrip in Manyara for your scheduled flight to iconic Serengeti National Park, flight to Central Serengeti typically takes about 45 to 60 minutes, offering breathtaking aerial views of vast savannahs and wildlife below. Upon arrival at airstrip in Central Serengeti, you will be met by your camp’s driver-guide and begin shared and scheduled game drives in this wildlife-rich region. Central Serengeti, particularly Seronera Valley, is renowned for its abundant resident wildlife and frequent predator sightings, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs. packed lunch will be provided to enjoy while out in bush. late afternoon, drive to your camp located inside the park for dinner and overnight stay, allowing you to experience magic of Serengeti under starlit skies.

Day 7: Central Serengeti.

After an early breakfast at your camp, you will head out for a full day of shared and scheduled game drives and exploration in the heart of the Central Serengeti. This region is known for its year-round concentration of wildlife, especially big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, often seen prowling the plains or resting in the shade of acacia trees. Depending on the day’s wildlife activity and your personal preference, you may choose to carry a packed lunch and continue your game drive uninterrupted, or return to camp midday for a hot lunch and a short rest before resuming your afternoon safari. As the sun begins to set over the golden savannah, you will return to your lodge or camp for dinner and another peaceful overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti wilderness.

Day 8: Travel Day.

Today marks the final day of your incredible safari adventure. After an early breakfast and checkout from your camp, your driver-guide will transfer you to Seronera Airstrip in Central Serengeti for your scheduled flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). The flight typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, offering a final aerial glimpse of the majestic Serengeti plains. Upon arrival at JRO, you will proceed to connect with your onward international flight. Depending on your departure time, assistance can be arranged to ensure a smooth transfer between the domestic and international terminals. No meals are included on this day, except breakfast at the camp. As you leave Tanzania behind, you carry unforgettable memories of Africa’s wilderness and wildlife.
