Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Arusha.

You will arrive at JRO (Kilimanjaro International Airport) where you will be warmly welcomed by your driver guide, then after you will be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can enjoy dinner, relax and overnight. Pre-safari briefing will also be held to prepare for the next adventure.

Day 2: Transfer from Arusha to Northern Serengeti.

After early breakfast, you will fly from Arusha to northern Serengeti, where your private guide will lead thrilling game drive, explore region’s rich on wildlife and famous Mara River, possibly witnessing dramatic Great Migration river crossing, enjoy picnic lunch in wild, then head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.

Day 3: Explore and experience Northern Serengeti for 1st time.

Set out for a full day of thrilling game drives in the northern region, where the Great Migration brings the landscape to life, witness dramatic scenes like river crossings at Mara River and predator-prey interactions, enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before returning to camp in late afternoon for dinner, relaxing and overnight stay.

Day 4: Explore and experience Northern Serengeti for 2nd time.

Spend another thrilling day in northern Serengeti, where you will have prime opportunities to witness dramatic Mara River crossing during Great Migration, watch as herds of wildebeest and zebras brave predator-filled waters and explore diverse wildlife across plains, enjoy lunch in field and continue your adventure with afternoon game drive before returning to your lodge for dinner and peaceful overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer from northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti.

Transfer from northern to central region on scenic game drive. Covering about 150 km, this route offers incredible wildlife sightings, from migrating herds to roaming predators, and showcases serengeti’s diverse landscapes, packed lunch will be enjoyed en route, with continued exploration before arriving at your central Serengeti camp for dinner and restful overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer from Central Serengeti to Karatu.

Start your day with early game drive through central Serengeti, known for its open plains, rock outcrops and abundant wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants and giraffes, after picnic lunch in wild, begin your scenic journey toward Karatu, passing through stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area with views of crater and highlands, arrive in Karatu by evening for dinner and overnight stay, ending another unforgettable day in Tanzania’s wilderness.

Day 7: Transfer from Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater (Arusha).

Begin your final safari day with early drive from Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend into caldera for full day of game drives in UNESCO World Heritage site. Encounter rich variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, rhinos, and buffalo set against backdrop of one of Africa’s most stunning landscapes, after packed lunch in crater, then after transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport, concluding your unforgettable Tanzanian safari.
