After an early breakfast at your lodge, you’ll head back to Volcanoes National Park for another chance to track and observe different gorilla families. Spend the afternoon relaxing at your lodge; this is a perfect time to enjoy the serene surroundings and take part in some optional activities offered by your lodge. Dinner will be served at the lodge and you will stay overnight.

On this day, rise early for an exciting golden monkey trekking experience in Volcanoes National Park. After breakfast at your lodge, you’ll head back to Kinigi for a briefing with park rangers before setting out to find these rare and playful monkeys. The trek typically begins around 7:00 AM, allowing you to spend one hour observing these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat. After enjoying time with the golden monkeys, return to your lodge for lunch and check out before embarking on a transfer back to Kigali. Upon arrival in Kigali, you will check in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

On your final day, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting out for a sightseeing tour of Kigali.
