Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali: Settle In and Discover the City.

Upon Arrival at the Kigali international Airport, enjoy a VIP meet and greet assistance on arrival including a VIP lounge reserved for you. later you will be led through customs to meet our driver guide, from there He will transfer you to your accommodation in Kigali for check-in. Day 2 : Kigali City Tour.

Enjoy a full day Kigali City tour, visit the kigali genocide memorial and learn more about Rwanda’s 1994 genocide against Tusti, then after head to Kimironko local market for shopping some unique hand craft made products, from there after lunch proceed to Fazenda sengha, a beautiful and fascinating country club located on mount Kigali offering visitors a unique experience that includes the best views of the city and different activities like: horse riding, quad biking, archery and zipline. Day 3: Transfer to Musanze: Ellen DeGeneres Campus Visit & Canoeing Adventure.

After breakfast, transfer from Kigali to the northern part of Rwanda in Musanze, for a canoeing experience in the Mukungwa River near the Volcanoes National Park, later after lunch enjoy a tour at the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and learn more about the ongoing conservation efforts and community initiatives aimed at protecting the mountain gorillas in Rwanda. Day 4: Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park.

Day 5: Golden Monkey Trekking, Bigogwe Visit & Transfer to Rubavu.

After an early rise head to Volcanoes National Park for Golden Monkey trekking, after a short briefing on the trek at the park’s headquarter, begin your Golden Monkey trekking experience, Golden monkeys are known for their playful and lively behavior. later, transfer to bigogwe, a well-known landmark in the country with green hills and stunning views. engage in activities that will give you an insight on the Rwandan traditional culture and enjoy well prepared local snacks. thereafter, continue to Rubavu for a relaxing evening. Day 6: Discover Lake Kivu, Unwind at Amashyuza Hot Springs and Transfer to Karongi.

Day 7: Visit Napoleon Island.

After breakfast, set off on a scenic boat ride across lake kivu and visit napoleon island, known for its rich bird life and the breathtaking view of stunning landscapes from above. Accommodation: Umurobyi Lodge or similar

Day 8: Transfer to Nyungwe National Park: Kamiranzovu Waterfall and Gisakura Tea Plantation Tour.

Today after breakfast, embark on a scenic transfer from karongi to Nyungwe national park which is about 2 hours’ drive, once arrived you will set on a hike to kamiranzovu waterfall, in Nyungwe national park, where you can take in breathtaking views of the forest. afterward, visit Gisakura tea plantation on a guided tour, learning about tea production while strolling through lush fields and enjoying tea tasting. Day 9: Nyungwe National Park: Chimpanzee Trekking, Canopy Walkway Adventure & Zipline experience.

start your day at the park’s headquarter for briefing before a guide leads the way to the trek to see the Chimpanzees, once found spend a full hour observing their behaviors and social interactions. there after lunch, embark on the canopy walking and zipline experience, where you will walk high above the forest floor, enjoying breathtaking views of the forest. Day 10: Transfer to Kigali with a Visit to King’s Palace Museum.

Day 10 offers a scenic road trip transfer from Nyungwe to Kigali, along the way, visit the King’s palace museum in Nyanza, where you can explore the reconstructed royal residence and learn about Rwanda’s monarchy and traditions, as well as the Inyambo cows. Day 11: Transfer to Akagera National Park.

Start with a transfer from Kigali to Akagera National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife and beautiful landscapes. upon arrival, enjoy a sunset boat ride on Lake Ihema (the second-largest lake in Rwanda), during this scenic boat tour, you will spot hippos, crocodiles and a variety of birds, with a chance to spot elephants and some antelopes around the shores. Day 12: Akagera National Park: Full-Day Safari and Transfer to Kigali.

Embark on a full day Game drive, lookout to spot wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions and various Bird species. enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area before continuing your game drive, focusing on different regions of the park to maximize wildlife sightings. Day 13: Souvenir and Gift Shopping Experience.

Depending on your flight schedule, on day 13 you may visit some handicraft shops to shop for souvenirs, and gifts before your transfer to the airport. your driver guide will then drop you off at the airport and this marks the end of your tour with us.
