Itineraries

Day 1: Arrive Arusha.

You will arrive at JRO (Kilimanjaro International Airport) where you will be warmly welcomed by your driver guide. Afterward, you will be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can enjoy dinner and relax overnight. A pre-safari briefing will also be held to prepare you for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha – Northern Serengeti.

After an early breakfast, you will fly from Arusha to the northern Serengeti, where your private guide will lead a thrilling game drive. Explore the region’s rich wildlife and the famous Mara River, possibly witnessing the dramatic Great Migration river crossing. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild, then head to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay in the Serengeti.

Day 3: Northern Serengeti.

Wake up in the heart of the Serengeti and set out for a full day of thrilling game drives in the northern region, where the Great Migration brings the landscape to life. Witness dramatic scenes like river crossings at the Mara River and predator-prey interactions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before returning to camp in the late afternoon for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 4: Northern Serengeti.

Spend another thrilling day in the northern Serengeti, where you will have prime opportunities to witness the dramatic Mara River crossing during the Great Migration. Watch as herds of wildebeest and zebras brave the predator-filled waters, and explore the diverse wildlife across the plains. Enjoy lunch in the field and continue your adventure with an afternoon game drive before returning to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay under the stars.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti - Central Serengeti.

Enjoy another day in the Serengeti as you journey from the northern to the central region on a scenic game drive. Covering about 150 km, this route offers incredible wildlife sightings, from migrating herds to roaming predators, and showcases the Serengeti’s diverse landscapes. A packed lunch will be enjoyed en route, with continued exploration before arriving at your central Serengeti camp for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 6: Central Serengeti – Karatu.

Start your day with an early game drive through the central Serengeti, known for its open plains, rock outcrops, and abundant wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and giraffes. After a picnic lunch in the wild, begin your scenic journey toward Karatu, passing through the stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area with views of the crater and highlands. Arrive in Karatu by evening for dinner and an overnight stay, ending another unforgettable day in Tanzania’s wilderness.

Day 7: Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha.

Begin your final safari day with an early drive from Karatu to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend into the caldera for a full day of game drives in this UNESCO World Heritage site. Encounter a rich variety of wildlife—including elephants, lions, rhinos, and buffalo—set against the backdrop of one of Africa’s most stunning landscapes. After a packed lunch in the crater, ascend to the highlands and journey back to Arusha. In the evening, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport, concluding your unforgettable Tanzanian safari.
