Day 1 starts with a visit to Akagera National Park, Rwanda’s only savannah park, enjoy an afternoon game drive, having the chance to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, antelopes and other types of animals, thereafter, enjoy a scenic sunset boat ride on lake Ihema that typically lasts for an hour. Emark on a full-day game drive, exploring Akagera National Park, from open plains to lakeshores, search for more wildlife, including the big five, antelopes, hippos, crocodiles and rare bird species, later head back to Kigali for an overnight stay. Accommodation: Hotel des Mille Collines or similar
Enjoy a full day Kigali city tour including a visit to Umusambi Village, a peaceful nature reserve dedicated to rehabilitating rescued grey-crowned cranes, where you can enjoy a tranquil nature walk,and Fazenda Sengha, offering breathtaking views and outdoor activities such as horseback riding, quad biking, archery and zip-lining.
